Hello Ms Duncan,

I want to take a few moments to share with you the experience our family has had working with Kidd's Cleaning and Restoration.   Anne Lee Stevens, our realtor, had recommended Bruce Rayle as a contrator to call on in order to get a written estimate for work the relocation company  was asking for in the process of selling our home.  Bruce came out to the house within twenty minutes of our phone call to look over the project.  We are moving out of state, and Bruce was aware of our deadline to close on this house.  We ended up not needing that original project worked on, but the buyer of the house requested different work done before the closing date.  Bruce immediately came back out to give us an estimate on this new work project.   The work was completed in a very timely manner.   The bill for the work was the exact amount as had been on the written estimate.   

Moving can be a stressful time.   Between working with the relocation company and the buyer of the house on repairs all needing to be done in just a couple of weeks, the stress level was raised.  Bruce did an excellent  job of working with the changing of the work projects and with reassuring me that he would be able to get the work done on time.   I have been thoroughly impressed with this company doing everything possible to complete the work and even the paperwork for us due to a deadline to close on the sale of the home.  If we were remaning in the area, I would not hesitate to call on you all for any future needs.

We just wanted to take a minute to share with you the outstanding job your team did in reconstructing our home.  When we returned home late on the Sunday night following Thanksgiving and found our home flooded due to a water leak in our upstairs toilet, we were devastated.  We have been married for 41 years, and nothing like this has ever happened to us.  Everything was just a blur the first few days.  Service Master did an outstanding job during the clean-up of the damage.  We were blessed to have Service Master recommend your business for our restoration.

John Tilman and his team have given us a beautiful new home.  John was always there for us.  He had excellent suggestions and made sure the work was perfect.  He always responded in a positive manner and would always say he wanted us to be happy with the results.  There were some stressful times as unexpected problems came up and John was a champion.  One of John’s strengths is communicating to your clients.  We felt completely informed of what to expect during the restoration.  I’m sure we don’t have to tell you that you are blessed to have such a dedicated person as John.  We were treated like family and not clients.  There never was a time when John did not return our calls in a timely manner.

You were quick to respond to our claims adjuster; Sam Metts and you were here the afternoon of our fire! I know you and your crew worked tirelessly to repair and clean the classroom building so students could resume classes after our spring break. The work that you did was amazing; repairing the hole in the floor, electrical work and permits, packing up each classroom, painting, new carpets and floors and putting everything back where they belonged.

We here at Craig County wish to thank you and commend you on a job well done. While I can only speak for myself and the football program, I am sure that others share my opinion.

When our concession stand caught fire just weeks before the season began, I feared the worst. Not only does the concession stand provide tasty food for football fans, but it also provides much needed revenue for the Booster’s Club. Without this income, all sports would suffer.

When Kidd’s Restoration was given the task of renovating the building, I didn’t know what to expect. I knew of the company, but knew little of the work they had done. Not only was the concession stand open for the first home football game, but the transformation was incredible.

The quality of work was completely unexpected, given the demanding time table. In all honesty, the few times one sees this quality of work; it is almost always a result of a man working on his own property. I believe that about sums up Kidd’s Restoration. It seems your company takes the same care, and has the same pride in their work, as a man working on his own home. Is there really any higher compliment? If there is, I can’t think of one, or I would use it here.

The fact that this excellence was achieved quickly attests to the dedication of your employees, and the willingness to meet the completion date if possible. I personally witnessed work going on at the building well past normal working hours.

The Craig County Rockets want to thank you for all you have done for us. Our concession stand is better than ever, and that is primarily the result of your hard work.

As a matter of fact, I cooked our first meal in the new kitchen yesterday and what a pleasure to utilize everything. Most things are put away and we are moving along with the painting, expecting all to be completed in the next two or three weeks.
