Pat and I wanted to write and thank you and your crew at Kidd’s Restoration Services for all of your help when, on April 20, 1998, we didn’t know where to turn.  Our kitchen sink pipe, upstairs, broke loose in the middle of the night and flooded our basement apartment.  We lost most of the furniture, the walls and ceilings were ruined, as well as the carpet and flooring throughout the apartment.  But, thanks to our insurance company and Kidd’s, we were fixed up in a very short time.

Your crew came in that very morning and carefully packed up everything that was salvageable in the basement and put it all in your storage.  They immediately began the process of drying out the rooms with huge dehumidifiers.

Since you had shown so much concern with packing up, we decided to have your company do the remodeling of our basement.  We are just thrilled with how it looks.  You did a fantastic job.  We never one time during the remodeling had to worry or complain.  I guess we would say “Thanks, thanks a lot.”  We recommend anyone who has a problem like we did to give Kidd’s a call.  You will definitely be satisfied with their concern and the quality of their work.

Fire Damage – Interior and exterior painting, vinyl siding and deck replacement.   Carpet and upholstery cleaning.

From well intending family members, as well as friends, came the hue and cry, that because this is a “small job” you will find that the restoration people won’t care two hoots about getting your place back in shape in any hurried time frame.  How very wrong they were and their comments did have a small impact on our minds.  Thank the Good Lord with your company and your personal attention to detail it was far from the case.

We know that the word “profit” isn’t a bad word and without it why would anyone be in business?  We must say you and your people earned every nickel of the work done.  Much of it with your attention to detail well ahead of the projected time frame you gave us.  Your follow-up almost daily was indeed very reassuring.  The attitude of everyone who worked on restoring our fire damaged home was a treat.  They came and in the bitter cold of February 22, the Air Tite Exteriors workers were actually singing at times.  They were very pleased with their workmanship and asked if we were happy with everything.  Indeed we are.

Your company prides itself on first-class equipment and superb support.  Our experience says that you have every right to that pride.

On Sept. 17, 2004 our duplex was severely damaged by fire. The one side of the duplex had to be completely gutted down to the stud walls and renovated to livable conditions to required inspection codes. The other side of the duplex had smoke damage and carpet cleaning requirements.

The day that my home burned I had no idea to what extent my life would be changed.  I knew that I would have to make many adjustments. But, I cannot begin to tell you how much you and your company have done to not only restore my recently burned property, but also to help me restore my life.

Kidd Restoration Services not only provided the physical labor, but also the emotional support and a sounding board that a fire victim (me) needed.  Besides being frightened, I was very confused – totally unsure of the rebuilding steps that had to take place.  The kindness and gentleness shown by you and your employees helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life.  I believe it equals death.

Thank you for the excellent work on this property. You guys did a fantastic job of jumping on that one and getting it back to pre-damaged condition. Sounds like that huge dehumidifier did the trick.

Let me know, as soon as you can, if there will be any changes to the estimate. I'd like to get this closed out by the end of the month, if possible. That would be an incredible result.

Crew made us feel more than comfortable

Our recent experience with your Superb Restoration Cleaning Team: i.e., Debra, Leslie, Cindy, Tabitida, Barbara, Glenda, Patrick, Glen & Pennell has given us a positive view of what “team work” means. Your crew came into our home to clean-up after we’d experienced fire damage. Since we have never had any need for such services, our uncertainty about having strangers come into our home and undertake this overwhelming task of clean-up left us somewhat uneasy. Your crew made us feel more than comfortable with their abilities to take charge in a professional manner. The crew kept us informed of what they would be doing every day they were here (3 weeks and still a work-in progress).
